Introducing myself
Hello, puzzle lovers. I'm Kate Jones, president of Kadon Enterprises, Inc., creators of "gamepuzzles for the joy of thinking" since 1980.
I've had the great pleasure of meeting Dr. Florian Radut during a visit to Romania, when he was just starting out in the puzzle world. His enthusiasm for puzzles and his energy for creating an outstanding website devoted to puzzles were impressive. Congratulations, Florian, for achieving Puzzle-It.

3D Logic
3-D Logic looks very similar to Rubik's Cube but much more challenging. It involves colors and squares on a cube, but it's a very different beastie; this game makes you rethink every approach you make.
Click on the main color squares to change the color of the grey squares. Use this ability to link colors into chains. Like many great games, this takes a simple idea and makes it compelling.

4x4x4 Logic Cube - based on a 1992 Romanian patent
|
4x4x4 Logic Cube is based on a 1992 Romanian patent and is more reliable and durable then the Hungarian version. This puzzle is a more daunting challenge than the 3x3x3 cube. The number of pieces is far greater, and there are no "fixed" pieces to serve as a reference. |
The puzzle has an ingenious mechanism. The sphere has eight perpendicular grooves, aligned two by two, for the center tiles to slide in. A specially shaped steel frame prevents the sphere from becoming misaligned with the rest of the cube. There are two edge pieces at each face intersection. The corner tiles are very similar to the 3x3x3 Rubik cube.
This puzzle is a challenge for anyone!

Falling Marbles - 3D puzzles involving a cube and 26 balls only
|
Logic Cube with Balls (Falling Marbles) is a puzzle based on a 1992 Romanian patent and is a very simple but challenging mechanical puzzle. The main idea of the puzzle is to have a transparent cube or any other regular polyhedron filled with a number of moving pieces, balls or cubes (27 balls, for example). If we consider only 26 balls in a transparent cube, there is an empty space (the place of the missing ball), which makes it possible to move the balls by rotating the puzzle. |
There are three key parts: the transparent case, the central piece and the moving pieces. The balls are coloured as in the image and could be numbered accordingly. The central piece inside the case will form, together with the case walls, some ducts in which the moving pieces can be ordered in a logical manner (by colour or by printed numbers).
The target is to rearrange the scrambled balls by colours (it is easier), or by printed numbers (it is much more difficult).
Cubes in Line - Three-dimensional Game
Cubes in Line can be played by two or more persons, depending on the version. The players have to place pieces, one by one, trying to obtain a horizontal, vertical or diagonal line of the same color. The objective of the game is to make more horizontal, vertical or diagonal lines of the same color.
Rules for "3 cubes in line"
The players have to place the pieces (cubes), one by one, in any of the ducts (holes), trying to obtain a line of three cubes, horizontal, vertical, or diagonal, of the same color. The winner will be the player who makes the most "3 in line" chains.
As a particularity of the 3x3 cubes version, the player who placed the central piece, which can became hidden during the game, must claim that saying "central". The rest of the pieces are completely visible during the game.
Rules for "4 (or more) cubes in line"
The players have to place the pieces, one by one, in any of the ducts (holes), trying to obtain lines of four cubes horizontal, vertical, or diagonal of the same color. The winner will be the playerone who makes the most such lines.
Rules for game board version
This version can be played by two or more persons. The players have to place the pieces (cubes, rolls), one by one, on the colored spaces of the game board, trying to obtain lines of four pieces, horizontal, vertical, or diagonal of the same color. When has finished a complete line, the player has the right to take an opponent's piece, following the next rule: only the unused pieces and the last pieces on the column can be captured; a complete 4x4 line cannot be broken. Capture of the pieces is possible only in a two player's game and must be agreed at the start. The winner will be the player who makes the most "4 lines" or who has captured the most opponent's pieces.

Balls in Line - 3x3x3 Tridimensional Logic Game
3D Balls in Line can be played by two persons. The players have to place pieces into the game ducts, one by one, trying to obtain a horizontal, vertical or diagonal line of the same color. The objective of the game is to make the most such lines.

Rolls in Line (3D Noughts & Crosses or 3x3x3 TicTacToe)
|
Rolls in Line can be played by two or more persons, depending on the version, even by blind persons. The players have to put pieces onto some sticks, one by one, trying to obtain a horizontal, vertical or diagonal line of the same color. The objective of the game is to make more horizontal, vertical or diagonal lines of the same color. There are two versions of the game: 3x3 or 4x4 Rolls in Line and competition 3D Logic Game. |
Rules for competition 3D Logic Game 4x4 mode. The players have to put the pieces, one by one, on any of the sticks, trying to obtain a horizontal, vertical or diagonal line of four rolls of the same color. When a line has been completed, the player has the right to take an opponent piece, with the following exceptions: only the unused pieces and the last pieces on the sticks can be removed; a 4x4 line cannot be broken. Capture of the pieces is possible only in a two player game and must be agreed at start. |

| The winner will be the player who makes more "4 rolls in line" or has captured more opponent pieces. At any time, a player can put on the lid and turn the game upside down if ,using this maneuver, he will obtain the winning line. If not, the player should exit and the game will continue with the remaining players. | |
Competition mode. At the beginning of the game, the players must choose if all or only some of the sticks will be mounted. The players have to put the pieces, one by one, on any of the mounted sticks, trying to obtain a horizontal, vertical or diagonal line of the same color. Using mobile sticks, the players can mount a stick instead of a piece. A 5-piece line scores 4 points, a 4-piece line scores 2 points, and a 3-piece line scores 1 point. The winner will be the player who has scored the most points. Capture is not allowed in the competition mode. At any time, a player can put on the lid and turn the game upside down if he will obtain a line. If not, the player should exit and the game will continue with the remaining players. |

"F" Cube
F Cube comprises six pieces with different volumes and shapes. It looks like the well-known Soma Cube, but is entirely different. This puzzle is very spectacular because of the many solutions that can be found. The pieces of the puzzle must be arranged in a cube. |
